Basic — $49/month. One user license. The solo principal running the studio single-handedly: core CRM, projects and clients, the Route Planner, and a branded Client Portal.

Pro — $99/month. Three user licenses. The working studio — a principal, a project manager, and a designer — plus the QuickBooks integration and client payments via Stripe, so invoices get paid inside the portal instead of by check. Growing past three? Additional seats are $9/month each.

How much does Studiohaus cost?

Basic is $49 per month for one user. Pro is $99 per month for three users and adds the QuickBooks integration and client payments via Stripe. Extra seats are $9 per month each on either studio tier. Enterprise (volume licensing for interior design programs) is priced by conversation.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every studio tier starts with a free trial. No credit card is required to look around.

Are there annual contracts?

No. Studiohaus is billed monthly only. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation fees — you can cancel from your billing settings at any time.

What counts as a user?

A user is a team member who signs in to your studio — a principal, project manager, or designer. Clients are not users: client portal access is unlimited and free on every tier. Need a fourth teammate on Pro? Add seats for $9 per month each from your billing settings.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Tier changes are made from your billing settings and are handled through Stripe on your monthly cycle.
