What $69 a month buys

One plan. $69/month. One seat. Every feature. There is no Basic and no Pro — the solo principal and the five-person studio get exactly the same product: projects and clients, FF&E specs and design boards, contracts and e-signature, invoicing, the Route Planner, time tracking, tasks and workflow automation, and a branded client portal. Projects are unlimited; document storage is 10 GB.

Additional users — $20/month each. Add a project manager in March and drop them in September; seats are changed from your billing settings and prorated on your monthly cycle. Two seats is $89, three is $109, five is $149. Clients never count as users — portal access is unlimited and free.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days free, and no credit card is required to start.

Are there annual contracts?

No. Studiohaus is billed monthly only. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation fees — you can cancel from your billing settings at any time.

What counts as a user?

A user is a team member who signs in to your studio — a principal, project manager, or designer. Your first seat is included in the $69; each additional seat is $20 per month, added or removed from your billing settings. Clients are not users: client portal access is unlimited and free.

Is there a storage limit?

Projects are unlimited. Document storage is capped at 10 GB per studio, which covers contracts, invoices, board images, and project files for a normal boutique workload.

What is the founding studio rate?

The first twenty studios to join keep $69 per month for life, and are named on the site. The price never rises for them, whatever the list price does later.
