Studiohaus is a customer-relationship and operations platform for interior design studios. This page describes what information we collect when you use Studiohaus, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Studiohaus is operated by Studiohaus, an independent product based in Austin, Texas. You can reach us at admin@studiohaus.app.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the studio for you and to keep your account secure.
- Account data — your name, work email, password hash, profile photo, and the role you hold within your studio (owner, admin, designer).
- Studio data — the records you and your teammates create inside Studiohaus: clients, projects, files, mood boards, invoices, time entries, mileage routes, vendors, and similar working material.
- Authentication metadata — sign-in timestamps, OAuth provider identifiers (when you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in), and IP addresses for active sessions.
- Operational logs — request timing and error traces used to keep the service available. These contain identifiers but not the contents of your records.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. We do not run advertising on Studiohaus.
How we use it
- To deliver the service you signed up for.
- To send transactional email (sign-in links, invoice notifications, account confirmations) — never marketing without an explicit opt-in.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and protect the security of accounts.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Your studio data is private to your firm. We do not share it with other firms or third parties for their own purposes. We do use a small number of subprocessors to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google and Microsoft — when you choose to sign in with one of these identity providers.
Each subprocessor processes data only on our instructions, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your studio data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a record inside Studiohaus, it is removed from the live database; backups age out within 30 days. When you close your account, we delete your studio data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@studiohaus.app from the address on file and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK, or California, you have additional rights under your local data-protection law; we honour those rights regardless of where you live.
Cookies and similar technologies
Studiohaus sets a session cookie when you sign in so we know who you are on subsequent requests. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the application or this marketing site.
Changes to this policy
We will post material changes here and, where required, notify account owners by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
