These terms govern your use of Studiohaus (the "Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The service
Studiohaus is a customer-relationship and operations platform for interior design studios. We make it available on a subscription basis to firms and the people they invite to their workspace. The Service is currently in active development; features may change as we improve it.
Your account
You're responsible for the credentials you use to sign in, for the activity that happens under your account, and for the people you invite into your studio's workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access by writing to admin@studiohaus.app.
Your data, your studio
The records you create inside Studiohaus — your clients, projects, files, mood boards, invoices, and similar working material — belong to your studio. We process them on your behalf as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Studiohaus to do things that are illegal, that infringe someone else's rights, or that compromise the security or integrity of the Service or its other users. Specifically, don't:
- Upload material you don't have the right to share, or material that infringes copyright or another person's privacy.
- Attempt to access another studio's data, probe the system for vulnerabilities outside of an authorised disclosure, or interfere with normal operation.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't refund partial months. Trials, beta access, and complimentary plans may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that put other users at risk, or that haven't been paid for. You can close your account at any time. After termination we will delete your studio data on the schedule described in the privacy policy, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
Beta and changes
Studiohaus is iterating quickly. Some features may be marked as beta and offered without the same stability commitments as the rest of the Service. We may add, change, or remove features; when changes materially reduce functionality you depend on, we will give reasonable advance notice.
Intellectual property
Studiohaus retains all rights to the Service itself — the software, the brand, the design system. You retain all rights to the content you put into the Service. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either.
Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless your local law gives you a non-waivable right to litigate elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We will post material changes on this page and, where appropriate, email account owners before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current revision.
